Tennessee politics behind the scenes
That is only the Antarctic. The Arctic is melting.http://www.nasa.gov/topics/earth/features/arctic-antarctic-ice.htmlFurthermore, the Antarctic has gained far less ice than the Arctic has lost. Net loss.>The numbers for the southernmost ocean, however, pale in comparison with the rates at which the Arctic has been losing sea ice – the extent of the ice cover of the Arctic Ocean in September 2012 was 1.32 million square miles below the average September extent from 1979 to 2000. The lost ice area is equivalent to roughly two Alaskas.
Plus we don't know how thick Antarctica's sea ice is. It could be getting thinner, meaning that the volume of ice would be staying the same.Climate change is not a uniform process. It does not solely refer to global warming, but to the alarmingly rapid changes occurring in our atmosphere and on Earth with consequences that the next generations will have to deal with.
You actually think you can attempt to convey a well reasoned and rational point to someone who can't even spell Sceince er Science?
